President George Bush Turnpike
The Eastern Extension of the President George Bush Turnpike intersects Sachse at its southern border. Sachse will have two exits, one at Miles Road and one at Merritt Road. Officially opened on January 23,2012.

Beautification of Highway 78
The Sachse Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and SEDC Board are currently working on developing a plan to redevelop along Highway 78.
