The 190 Tollway District offers over 300 acres of land right on the President George Bush Turnpike. The District is nine miles from US 75 and two miles from Firewheel Town Center. There are over 100 acres undeveloped that are ready for retail, restaurants, office, light industrial, entertainment, hotel and other zoned uses. The District is home to The Station, a $250 million mixed-use development, which features multi- family and single-family residences, townhomes, restaurants, retail, office and entertainment options all centered around the 34-acre Heritage Park. This community-centered district will include approximately 400,000 square feet of commercial, office, restaurant, and retail offerings, green spaces, and more than 600 urban living residences.

Joining the Tollway District soon is Aria, a mixed-use development including 600 units of multifamily, 203 attached townhomes by HistoryMaker Homes, and 35,000 SF of retail.


And Sachse’s first full-service hospital, Trinity Regional Hospital, will be opening summer 2021. Trinity Regional Hospital will be a full-service, acute care hospital. The two-story facility will include 32 inpatient beds, a 12-bed Emergency Department, four operating rooms, a lab, and pharmacy. An Imaging Department will be able to provide CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and Nuclear Medicine. The 80K SF hospital will anchor a 33-acre, multi-facility medical campus and provide a range of acute, post-acute, primary care, and specialty services from pediatric to geriatric patents.
