Business Retention and Expansion Program (BRE)
Sachse Economic Development’s Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program works with our current businesses who are ready for expansion, and those who need some help becoming more profitable. We will use every resource available through the Sachse Economic Development to help your Sachse business succeed.
Our BRE program consists of:
One-on-one meetings with your company — Company visits are crucial to developing long-term relationships between the Sachse Economic Development and our businesses. We come to you to gain a better understanding of the inner workings and challenges of your business. Through visits, staff develops a clear understanding of your company’s products and your specific concerns. These visits also give staff the opportunity to identify resources, share information on City and Sachse Economic Development initiatives, and offer resolutions to issues impacting your business.
Expansion Assistance — The Sachse Economic Development reinvests sales tax dollars into building our community. We are here to help our existing businesses grow as well as recruit new businesses. We look at each opportunity individually and get creative with ways we can assist.
